Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery times vary by region but typically range between 5–10 business days after processing.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States. All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed once your package is on its way.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we hope to expand soon.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Straight Hetero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows delivery. If you believe your order was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
